At loanhquanhdalat, we value your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when using the Website and Application.

1. Location Data (GPS)

This is a location-based application. We request GPS access ONLY WHEN you click "Check-in" or "Near Search".

We DO NOT track or store your background location. Location is only used once to calculate distance to authenticate your review.

2. Login & Authentication

We use Github/Google OAuth via Supabase for authentication. We only collect basic public information (Email, Display Name, Avatar) to personalize your vibes and photos.

3. Storing Your Legacy

The photos and vibes you share are stored publicly on our systems for other Da Lat lovers to enjoy.

4. Security Commitment

As this is a non-profit passion project, we commit NOT to sell, rent, or exchange your personal data with any third party.

5. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your data, please contact us via the Contribute page on the Portal and we will wipe your information from our database.
