By accessing or using the loanhquanhdalat application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. This is a non-profit application created for the purpose of sharing real experiences.

2. Location Requirements (GPS)

The application's "Check-in" and review features require you to allow access to device location. You can only check-in when your account is within the specified radius (about 100m) from the actual location on the map.

3. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the images, comments (vibes) or locations you post. Please respect community rules:

Do not post offensive content or content that violates Vietnamese law.
No spam, no seeding or fake PR.
Do not defame or insult the honor of individuals or organizations owning the location.

4. Administrator Rights

Information about shops and hours may change. loanhquanhdalat is not responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.

5. Feature Changes

Due to its non-profit nature as a community-initiated project, we may change, pause or stop services at any time depending on infrastructure resources.
